OUR BACKGROUND

Inspectra's origins stem from a deep desire for a better life for one woman's family. Yolaine Celestin immigrated to the U.S. from the Caribbean in 1989, hoping to secure a brighter future for her loved ones. Despite facing numerous obstacles, including language barriers, Yolaine persevered and did everything in her power to provide for her children. Although life had its highs and lows, Yolaine never let her struggles show on her face and ultimately achieved her dreams of a better life. In 2006, her next goal was to buy a home to pass down to her kids, but unfortunately, the 2008 financial crisis shattered that dream. At Inspectra, we prioritize education because we believe that knowledge can eliminate misunderstandings and lead to a better overall experience.

GET TO KNOW US

At Inspectra, we aim to empower our clients with knowledge so they can preserve the tranquility they have worked hard to achieve. We have organized our company to prioritize spending quality time with our clients. We encourage them to schedule a report review via Zoom. During these sessions, our inspectors will guide our clients through the inspected property, answering any questions they may have about the home inspection report. This, in turn, enables our clients to gain peace of mind by truly comprehending the report. Additionally, Inspectra offers a unique Maintenance Consultation service for our clients to comprehend the significance of maintenance. This consultation is scheduled after the purchase of their home at the request of the home buyer, and is included in our pricing. We believe that "finding peace of mind" should not be the sole purpose of a home inspection; instead, we aim to educate our clients on how to maintain their peace.

Reviews

Frank did a wonderful job. Despite the fact that my inspection was scheduled for the day after Christmas-- and it was raining-- he arrived early, and completed all the inspections in a timely manner. He was kind, approachable, very professional, and incredibly thorough. In addition, I received the report the very same day! He offered to discuss it with me in detail via Zoom. All his software systems were easy to navigate through, as well. In a nutshell, Frank definitely earned 5 stars, and I HIGHLY recommend him to ANYONE!

4-point Inspection

A 4-point inspection looks at the 4 major systems (Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) in an older home.  An insurance company wants to know that an older home has been well maintained, and the major systems are in good working condition. This is not a safety inspection.  They are done by a licensed inspector or building contractor.
